All items are in limited pieces and are sold on a First Come First Serve Basis.
Please note that Priority will be given to Confirmed Orders.
Enquiring about an item is not considered as a confirmed order unless stated.

WaddleHop only accepts POSB/DBS & UOB transactions.

We encourage all of you dearies to use i-banking to ease our transactional flow.
Get I-Banking For DBS/POSB.

For ATM Transfers, please kindly keep the receipts of every transaction. In case of any confusion, we may need snapshot of the receipt to be emailed to us upon request.

WaddleHop will not be responsible for any lost or damaged mail. Registered mail is strongly recommended.

Dead Buyers will be Blacklisted. Please do not back out or change orders once confirmed. Be 100% certain that you want the particular item before placing orders.

No reservations of items are allowed.
WaddleHop reserves all right to give up items to next interested buyer if buyer doesn't reply with payment within 24 hours upon receiving our confirmation mail.

Strictly no refunds or exchanges allowed.

Shipping Charges
Normal Mail Postage:
Item(s) weigh below 250g: S$1
Item(s) weigh between 251g - 500g: S$1.50
Item(s) weigh between 501g - 1kg: S$2.55
Item(s) weigh between 1.001kg - 2kg: S$3.35
WaddleHop will get items weighed to let buyers know the amount they have to pay before posting out.

Registered Mail Postage: Additional S$2.25 on top of normal postage.
We will not be responsible for lost or damaged mails therefore registered mail is strongly recommended.

All WaddleHop items are packed to the best of our ability.
